The following terms, conditions and provisions (the “Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between you and Entrepreneur Insight Limited, trading as Entrepreneur Seminar, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related entities (“Entrepreneur Seminar”, “we”, “us” or “our”), as it pertains to your online dealings with Entrepreneur Seminar.
By using any part of EntrepreneurSeminar.com, or any mobile websites or applications owned by Entrepreneur Insight Limited which may be accessible via Smart Televisions, Home Theatre Systems, mobile devices or such other technology as may become available from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Website”), or by establishing an account on the Website, you agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Website Terms”), all applicable laws, and all applicable terms of use and policies that may apply to the devices, technology or products used in conjunction with the Website. If the Website Terms are not acceptable to you, you must not use this Website.
“Use” of the Website shall include, but is not limited to, browsing the Website and the Content, as hereinafter defined.
“Programme” means any Entrepreneur Seminar product, course or service that you enrol in or purchase, including Jumpstart, Accelerate and Full Certification, together with any further programme, tier or add-on that we may offer from time to time.
“Programme Page” means the page on the Website describing a particular Programme, including the materials, sessions, mentoring support, assessments and access period included in that Programme, together with any order confirmation or enrolment email we send you for it. The Programme Page for the Programme you purchase forms part of these Website Terms, and where a Programme Page and these Terms of Use conflict on the specific entitlements of that Programme, the Programme Page prevails.
“Programme Materials” means all recorded audio and audio-visual sessions, written materials, workbooks, templates, assessments, challenges, live session recordings and other content made available to you as part of a Programme.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Website Terms at any time, with or without notice to you. Please check these Website Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any changes to these Website Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Modifications to these Website Terms shall be effective immediately upon being published on the Website.
2.1 Entrepreneur Seminar offers its programmes in tiers, currently Jumpstart, Accelerate and Full Certification. What you receive varies according to the Programme you choose to enrol in, and is set out in full on the relevant Programme Page.
2.2 Depending on the Programme you have signed up to, you may receive access to some or all of the following: recorded audio and audio-visual presentations; downloadable written content; live group sessions, clinics, deep-dives and mentoring Q&A sessions by video conference; online mentoring support through your Entrepreneur Seminar account; assessments, challenges or assignments reviewed by Entrepreneur Seminar; an opportunity to present your business; and any other material specified on the relevant Programme Page.
2.3 Programmes may be launched, withdrawn, paused, offered on a waitlist basis, or held in development at our discretion. Registering your interest in, or joining a waitlist for, a Programme does not create a contract between us, does not reserve a place, and does not entitle you to any particular price. Enrolment is subject to availability and to confirmed receipt of payment.
2.4 To use the Entrepreneur Seminar service you must have internet access. Your account will be provided under your profile name.
3.1 The payment for our service will be based upon a transaction service fee model. By entering their payment details, a customer permits the Company to initiate the payment or recurring payments for the selected Programme. Confirmed receipt of payment for a Programme will unlock access to the relevant content and/or mentoring services.
3.2 Where certain Programmes are offered or sold in instalments (for example, three separate recurring payments), each payment will unlock access to the relevant content for that instalment only, and should the next recurring payment fail, access will not be unlocked for the next section of the Programme related to that failed instalment. Further automated attempts to take a previously failed payment will unlock the relevant content once payment has been successfully completed. Once all scheduled payments have been successfully completed, no further payments will be taken, unless a further separate Programme is purchased as a new transaction.
3.3 Where the customer cancels any subsequent recurring payments, or a recurring payment fails, the customer will retain access to the Programme content already unlocked by previous payments for the remainder of the access period stated on the relevant Programme Page, measured from the point of purchase. However, where a recurring payment is cancelled or fails, access to the Mentoring Programme will cease from the scheduled date of that cancelled or failed recurring payment onwards.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to amend the advertised pricing of any Programme at any point in the future. A change in price does not affect a Programme you have already purchased.
3.5 Prices are displayed in the currency applicable at checkout. You remain responsible for any bank charges, card charges, currency conversion fees or local taxes and duties levied by third parties in connection with your payment.
Should any session need to be rescheduled for any reason, any affected participants will be advised as soon as is practicable.
5.1 You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to use the Entrepreneur Seminar service.
5.2 The Entrepreneur Seminar service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal use only. During your Entrepreneur Seminar registration we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Entrepreneur Seminar service.
5.3 You agree to use the Entrepreneur Seminar service, including all features and functionalities associated with it, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and any other restrictions on the use of the service or the content within it. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorised in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on, obtained from, or obtained through the Entrepreneur Seminar service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the Entrepreneur Seminar service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Entrepreneur Seminar service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Entrepreneur Seminar service; insert any code or product, or manipulate the content of the Entrepreneur Seminar service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Entrepreneur Seminar service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
5.4 The quality of recorded and streamed content may vary from computer to computer and device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through your internet connection, and the speed of that connection.
5.5 We reserve the right to change the format of a Programme in order to improve our customers’ experience of the service, including in response to customer feedback.
Where the relevant Programme Page states that the opportunity to present your business is included, customers must have completed the full Programme in order to be eligible to present their business to Entrepreneur Seminar. A minimum waiting period of six months applies before you are able to present your business idea. Business presentations may not exceed a total of 10 slides and must be sent to evaluation@entrepreneurseminar.com. Presenting your business idea to Entrepreneur Seminar is not a guarantee of funding, investment, introduction or any other outcome, but is an opportunity to present to experienced and interested entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneur Seminar sessions are offered in recorded audio and audio-visual formats, supported by written materials. Sessions are available on demand in your Entrepreneur Seminar account for the access period stated on the relevant Programme Page, measured from the point of purchase. This access period may be extended at our discretion upon request from the customer. Audio and audio-visual sessions may not be downloaded by the customer. Supporting written materials are provided in PDF format and may be downloaded by customers for their own personal use.
8.1 The number, type and frequency of live sessions included in a Programme — which may include live deep-dives, weekly clinics, monthly mentoring sessions, mentoring Q&A sessions and premium live events, in each case delivered by video conference — are as set out on the relevant Programme Page.
8.2 With regard to scheduled live sessions, Entrepreneur Insight Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session. Should any session need to be rescheduled for any reason, any affected participants will be advised as soon as is practicable.
8.3 By attending any live session, you consent to any recording of that session being used for marketing and advertising purposes by Entrepreneur Insight Limited, and to that recording being made available to other customers as part of a Programme.
9.1 Whether or not the Entrepreneur Seminar Mentoring Programme is included in your Programme, and the period of access you receive to it, is as stated on the relevant Programme Page, measured from the point of purchase. Customers may raise their questions to Martin, who will guide them through the actions they need to take to address their problems. All questions from customers must be submitted through our online messaging system via their Entrepreneur Seminar account. Mentoring support is conducted exclusively electronically. Customers are limited to one outstanding question every 48 hours. This limit is in place in order to give fair chronological priority to all of our candidates asking questions.
9.2 Given Martin’s limited availability, and in fairness to all of our candidates, each Programme provides up to the maximum aggregate amount of mentoring advice stated on the relevant Programme Page, which accounts for a significant number of questions that a candidate might raise during their eligible period.
9.3 From time to time, and as our Programmes grow, Entrepreneur Seminar reserves the right to enlist other experts and mentors to support the career and business growth of our candidates.
It is important to note that the concepts and tools taught in our Programmes are constructed upon extensive experience and knowledge in entrepreneurship. However, they are in no way a guarantee of entrepreneurial success. Each Programme is a tool that we believe may help increase your chances of success as an entrepreneur. Entrepreneur Seminar is not responsible for any risks you undertake in launching a business or venture, and nothing provided through a Programme constitutes legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
Certain images displayed throughout the Website may not be an accurate representation of the actual delivery format of the material. For example, sessions may be digitally represented on the Website as “e-books”, but might be delivered as an audio-visual presentation. Entrepreneur Insight Limited does not warrant that the products are described accurately. We endeavour to describe products as accurately as possible, but in some instances visual representations may differ from the actual delivery format.
12.1 Entrepreneur Seminar, through the Website, has provided you with the opportunity to sign up for an online Programme, and in doing so you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by any registration form; and (b) maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If Entrepreneur Seminar has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Entrepreneur Seminar has the right to suspend or terminate your access to your account and the Website, and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion of it). Entrepreneur Seminar’s use of any personally identifying information you provide as part of the account registration process is governed by our Privacy Policy and by UK law.
12.2 By purchasing an Entrepreneur Seminar Programme at EntrepreneurSeminar.com, you affirm that you are over the age of 18 and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these Website Terms, and to abide by and comply with the Website Terms.
12.3 To use the features of your account, you will need the username and password you created during the sign-up process on our Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to notify Entrepreneur Seminar immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or account, or any other breach of security. Entrepreneur Seminar and its respective affiliates, related companies and unaffiliated partners cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure to protect your password or account information.
12.4 You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communication could result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the Entrepreneur Seminar Website, and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. We may terminate your account, or place your account on hold, in order to protect you, Entrepreneur Seminar or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
13.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
13.2 These Terms of Use supersede any preceding terms of use on this Website and any other agreement regarding the use of this Website, whether oral or in writing, and render null and void any preceding terms of use on this Website or any other agreement regarding the use of this Website.
13.3 This Website (excluding linked sites) is owned and/or controlled by Entrepreneur Insight Limited. Entrepreneur Seminar makes no representations or warranties that the Website and/or Content is appropriate for, complies with the laws within, or is available in, other jurisdictions. Those who use the Website from jurisdictions other than the UK do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. By accessing this Website, you and Entrepreneur Seminar agree that all matters relating to your access to, and use of, this Website shall be governed by the statutes, regulations and laws of England, as such laws respectively apply. You and Entrepreneur Seminar agree, and hereby submit, to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of England with respect to any and all matters arising in connection with these Terms of Use or in consequence of your use of the Website. If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provision of these Terms of Use.
You may encounter third-party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) (“Applications”) that interact with the Entrepreneur Seminar service. Your use of these Applications may be subject to third-party terms of use or licence terms.
Entrepreneur Seminar does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for other products, and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to Entrepreneur Seminar.
If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.1 We will send you information relating to your account in electronic form only, for example via emails to the email address provided during sign-up.
17.2 When you use any Entrepreneur Seminar service, or send emails, text messages and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you in a variety of ways, such as by email, by text, or by posting notices and messages on this Website or through other Entrepreneur Seminar channels, such as our Message Centre. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
17.3 By providing Entrepreneur Seminar with your contact details, you consent to receive electronic marketing communications from the business from time to time, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
All content included in, or made available through, any Entrepreneur Seminar service — such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of Entrepreneur Seminar or its content suppliers and is protected by English and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in, or made available through, any Entrepreneur Seminar service is the exclusive property of Entrepreneur Insight Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
In addition to any registered trademark, the graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names included in, or made available through, any Entrepreneur Seminar service are trademarks in the UK and other countries. The content, visual interface, interactive features, information, graphics, design, computer code, methods of operation, documentation, software, services and all other elements contained in or as part of the Website (the “Content”), and any moral rights contained in them, are copyrighted works owned by Entrepreneur Insight Limited or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors, and are protected by UK copyright, trademark, trade dress and patent laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights and applicable law, both in the UK and abroad, where permitted. Entrepreneur Seminar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Entrepreneur Seminar services, or as to the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included in or otherwise made available to you through the Entrepreneur Seminar services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the Entrepreneur Seminar services is at your sole risk.
21.2 To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Entrepreneur Seminar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Entrepreneur Seminar does not warrant that the Entrepreneur Seminar services, information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included in or otherwise made available to you through the Entrepreneur Seminar services, the Entrepreneur Seminar servers, or electronic communications sent from Entrepreneur Seminar, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Entrepreneur Seminar will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any Entrepreneur Seminar service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included in or otherwise made available to you through any Entrepreneur Seminar service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
21.3 Liabilities we do not exclude. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Website Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content and services supplied with reasonable care and skill.

You may not use the Entrepreneur Seminar software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any Entrepreneur Seminar software, and we may terminate your right to use any Entrepreneur Seminar software, at any time. Your rights to use the Entrepreneur Seminar software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Website Terms or any other service terms. Additional third-party terms contained within, or distributed with, certain Entrepreneur Seminar software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that software (or to software incorporated with it) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these Website Terms. All software used in any Entrepreneur Seminar service is the property of Entrepreneur Insight Limited or its software suppliers, and is protected by English and international copyright laws.
23.2 As a condition of your use of the Website, you will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner prohibited by these Website Terms. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, distribute, resell or exploit any portion of the Website and/or Content, or use the Website and/or Content for any purpose other than your personal, private purposes. You agree that you will not use the Website and/or Content to defame, harass, abuse, threaten or stalk others, or to collect or attempt to collect personal information about users or other third parties. You agree not to, intentionally or otherwise, damage, impair or disable the Website and/or Content, or any user’s enjoyment of it, by any means, including but not limited to uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, worms, adware or other malicious code. You agree not to remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Website and/or Content, or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content accessible through the Website and/or Content. 23.4 Use of the Entrepreneur Seminar Website requires internet access, audio or video software, or other software allowing the streaming, downloading or storing of audio and visual files, and may require a compatible device. Entrepreneur Seminar may edit or change the system requirements for the Website, and the format of the downloadable content, without notice or liability to its customers at any time. Fees for internet access, and for the use of any software or device, are likely to be payable separately to other providers who are not connected to Entrepreneur Seminar; these fees are purely a matter for the customer and are in addition to the fees charged by Entrepreneur Seminar for Programmes purchased on this Website. Any software or device updates or upgrades are the responsibility of the customer. The ability to access and use the Entrepreneur Seminar Website could be affected by the customer’s specific device and software choices, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer, without any liability attaching to Entrepreneur Seminar.
If you breach any of these Terms of Use, you may no longer use this Website. Entrepreneur Seminar may, in its sole discretion, cancel or terminate your right to use this Website, or any part of this Website, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorised to access this Website, or that part of this Website affected by such cancellation or termination. In such an event, the restrictions imposed upon you by these Terms of Use shall still apply. Entrepreneur Seminar shall not be liable, obligated or otherwise responsible to any party for damages arising from such cancellation or termination. Entrepreneur Seminar reserves the right to seek all remedies available to it at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use.
25.1 You agree that any cause of action arising out of, or related to, these Website Terms or your use of the Website must formally commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arises; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
25.2 Class action waiver. You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you, individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) no arbitration or legal proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis, or to utilise class-action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
26.1 You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If your request is received on or before the 14th day, you will receive a full refund, provided that you have not accessed, viewed, downloaded or otherwise used any part of the Programme. If your request is received on or after the 15th day, no refund will be issued.
26.2 For the purposes of clause 26.1, you will be treated as having accessed or used part of the Programme if you have done any of the following, whether within the 14-day period or afterwards: (a) opened, played, streamed, viewed or otherwise consumed any session, module, recording, assessment or other Programme Material; (b) downloaded, printed, copied or saved any written material, workbook, template or resource; (c) started, submitted or received the results of any assessment, diagnostic, challenge or assignment; (d) submitted a question to, or received any response from, the Mentoring Programme, whether through the messaging system in your account or by email; (e) attended, joined or viewed any live session, clinic, deep-dive, Q&A or event, whether live or as a recording; or (f) shared, forwarded or otherwise made available any part of the Programme to any other person.
26.3 Logging in to your account is not, by itself, treated as accessing the Programme. Opening any Programme Material once inside your account is.
26.4 Once you have accessed or used any part of the Programme, the Programme is non-refundable and payment will not be returned, regardless of whether the Programme is subsequently cancelled, whether you stop using it, or how much of it you have completed.
26.5 Immediate access and your statutory right to cancel. Our Programmes are supplied as digital content and digital services, and access is made available to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. By purchasing a Programme and then accessing any part of it within the 14-day period, you expressly request that we begin supplying that digital content and those digital services immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you do not access any part of the Programme, your right to cancel within 14 days is unaffected, and clause 26.1 applies.
26.6 Nothing in this clause 26 affects your legal rights in respect of digital content or services that are faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
27.1 To request a refund, please contact info@entrepreneurseminar.com within the 14-day period, and we will confirm whether you qualify for a refund.
27.2 Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed. The refund will only be returned to the payment card originally used to purchase the Programme.
27.3 Before processing a refund, Entrepreneur Seminar will check our access and activity records to confirm that you have not accessed, viewed, downloaded, shared or otherwise used any part of the Programme, as described in clause 26.2.
27.4 If after two weeks you do not see your refund, please first contact your bank or credit card company to confirm whether it is pending. If your bank or credit card company does not see your refund pending and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@entrepreneurseminar.com.
